2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Through forms available on the Website, you may provide us with certain personal information, including but not limited to: (i) first and last name; and (ii) email address. We may also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, through the use of cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5 below.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the personal information we collect to: (i) respond to your inquiries and provide the information or services you request; (ii) operate, maintain, and improve the Website; (iii) comply with our legal obligations; and (iv) where you have expressly opted in, send you promotional communications regarding products or services offered by Quarizmi or its business partners related to advertising, communications, and online marketing. If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications, every such communication will include a simple, free way to opt out. We will process opt-out requests as promptly as reasonably possible. 4. GOOGLE ADS HEALTH CHECKER
If you use our Google Ads Health Checker tool, we request access to your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API, using Google's adwords OAuth scope. Google does not offer a separate read-only scope for Ads API access, so this scope technically grants both read and write permissions; however, the Health Checker tool only ever reads data — including your account name, Customer ID, 30-day spend, and campaign and channel-type breakdown — and never creates, modifies, or deletes anything in your Google Ads account. We use this information solely to generate the health report displayed to you within the tool.
We also store this data, together with your name and email address, in our internal CRM system so that our sales team may follow up with you regarding Quarizmi's advertising services. This data is accessible only to Quarizmi AdTech staff. We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with any third party other than the infrastructure providers (Google Cloud / Firestore) we use to host it.
You may request deletion of this data at any time by contacting hello@quarizmi.com.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Cookies are small text files stored on your device's hard drive or temporary memory when you visit a website or use an app. Quarizmi uses cookies to operate the Website and to improve the service we provide. Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Website to function properly, while others help us improve performance and your experience as a user. Quarizmi is based in the United States, and the service providers we use (including Google Cloud / Firestore) may process personal information in the United States and other countries outside of your own, including outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") or United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal information of individuals located in the EEA or UK to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism, to protect that information.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
You are responsible for keeping your own information accurate and up to date.
